The PIKES LAS + G Framework
- LEARN — Students acquire foundational knowledge about the cultural, historical, and ecological context of Indigenous Knowledge Systems
- APPLY — Students apply that knowledge through studio art-making, writing, research, and cross-disciplinary projects
- SHARE — Students present, exhibit, and discuss their work in community-facing contexts
- THE G FACTOR — The generative question that drives each unit: What does this knowledge mean for how we live today?
