Living Laboratory of Art & Ecology (LLAE) -this project was arts Integration & curatorial project created by Posie Kalin. It integrated art into school science curricula by illustrating ecological interdependence using arts exploration to encourage self-awareness and a richer sense of connection with peers and our surroundings. The exhibition will feature participants' artworks created during Kalin's art residency at Pratt Academy High School's science class alongside regional artists whose artworks complement and support Living Laboratory's visual and conceptual themes.

Title: DEEP LOOKING
A collection of artists and collaborative art projects that take a deeper look at our relationship with self and other through an ecological lens of awareness. Posie Kalin has curated a show that will include the Living Laboratory's first collaborative art project with students from Spokane Valley High School exploring self awareness through nature using the medium of photography and cyanotypes alongside regional artists who use art and ecology in their work. Other regional and local artist include Elly Smith, Mandee Schroer, Daniela Molnar, Mary Welcome, Shawn Trail and Owen Lindsay.
